  • 1-day Meal plan - nutritionally balanced - with ideas on how to make healthy eating interesting and tasty – really!
  • Reading list - suggested websites, articles and books for you to research

Before you come, you can fill out a 3-day food diary - which just means recording everything you eat and drink.


Send the completed questionnarie & food diary back to me (by email or post) and I will analyse the data.

We can schedule a 1 hour appointment to discuss the analysis and ways you can make healthy food choices to stay in top form.
